What Footpockets Do Your Blades Accept?Penetrator Fins accept most of the popular footpockets in the market today. The only 2 exceptions - which need modification to the blades, to fit properly are: 1) Pathos Footpockets 2) Beuchat Footpockets. Check our owners manual below for a full list. Please get in touch with us if you are unsure and we'll let you know before you purchase, for your peace of mind. *We DO NOT RECOMMEND CRESSI POCKETS* - main reason you need to drill holes bigger than 4mm and by doing so you will void your warranty.

What is the difference between T300 carbon and the T700X carbon blades? The main difference between the T300 and the T700X is the T700X carbon is lighter and more flexible across the range giving a bit more performance and response in the water. Another difference is T700X is a slightly stronger grade of carbon fibre than the T300 carbon fibre. Visually the T300 has a diamond finish on both sides whereas the T700X fins have a diamond finish on the top and a rough "shark skin" side on the bottom. Our T300 carbon fins are a great "all round" carbon fin and our T700X is a high performance fin. The other visual difference between the two is that the weave/pattern is larger on the T700 and the T300 has a smaller weave/pattern than the T700.
OUR GUIDE TO FIN STIFFNESS
Considering your build, strength and fitness level is very important when choosing which will best suit you and your type of freediving. Always use your ideal, lean bodyweight when using this guide. This will correctly match your muscle mass and strength to the correct blade type and stiffness. If the chart recommends two options where the bars cross over - the diver should choose based on whether they like a softer or stiffer feel to the fin. We recommend the softer option for the greatest efficiency. The stiffness comparison scale indicates how each model compares within the 72cm blade range. Divers under 165cm should consider the P620 range of fins. The shorter blade length will have less leverage over the knee joint promoting better fining technique and will be less likely to induce fatigue or joint soreness. Penetrator fins offer 3 main types of stiffness:
10 (X-SOFT), 20 (SOFT),
30 (MEDIUM)
